Is this really the kind of service that one should expect when they pay $15,000 for a piece of equipment? Mind you the machine has a 3 year warranty, and hadn't even had the crate opened before Monday (the disk was in the crate). I called customer service and they suggest that I likely have a bad install disk, however they require us to pay a $10 fee + shipping/handling to order a new disk. I tried installation on two separate machines, thinking it might have been a memory issue on the first machine. Instead, on the installation disk is the software to run the cutter, as well as the "video manual". Now, Plasmacam for some reason does not print, or offer a printable instruction manual to go with their machine. When I opened the crate it literally had 2 years of dust sitting on top of it. After ordering it, business picked up and the fab shop I'm assembling it and setting it up for never had time to even open the crate it came in. I am assembling a Samson 510 that was purchased 2 years ago when business was a little slower. Hoping someone might be able to offer some advice.
